There is a renovated kitchen with new cabinets, granite counters, sink and floor as well as a new family room with large flat screen TV and surround sound. This house is very nicely furnished and well equipped with many extras, including four adult bikes, ping pong, pool table, hammock, and 4 TV's. A/C IN ALL ROOMS! There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a queen bed and two twins. The upstairs master bedroom with queen bed and has a Bob o'Pedic mattress. The second bedroom has a full bed and set of bunks. The large mahogany deck with gas grille is ideal for outdoor entertainment.
