Top 5 Tips for Finding a Great Eastham Summer Vacation Rental
Top 5 Tips for Finding a Great Eastham Summer Vacation Rental
#5. Know your room count. How many bedrooms will you need? How many bathrooms? Who is willing to share a room and who is not? Do you need more space to spread out or is cozy perfect for you? These can make or break your relaxation time with your family and friends.
#4. Amenities Needed vs Amenities Wanted. Do you need a washer and dryer, or would you just like to have the convenience of them? Can you go without A/C? How about internet? The kids want to watch their shows and movies, is there expanded cable? Wireless? Know what you will actually need on your vacation and make sure that it’s listed.
#3. Plan your budget. All vacation properties have fees, make sure that you factor that into your budget range. If you don’t know what the fees are, inquire. Most websites will give you a breakdown on the fees and security deposit charges.
#2. Best Vacation Dates. Be flexible in your date ranges. The house that you find may not have your week available but may have another week open that would work for you. If you only have a certain week available to vacation, start looking as soon possible. The earlier you start your search the better your chances of getting the house that you love.
#1. Location, Location, Location. Everyone wants to vacation on the water or within a short walking distance. The closer you are to the water the higher the price will be. Fortunately Eastham has 9 public beaches and the National Seashore all within 14 square miles so you are never far. What more can you ask for? We’ll see you on the beach.
